  Edit******* went in w the new phone and the guys couldn't even activate it. Went to a friend's house took less than 3 mins to turn it on. They have no idea what they are doing or how the Verizon networks work. I went in the Verizon store last month, seeking an upgrade for the first time in multiple years, after talking with the employee Brandon, he assured me the Galaxy S8 is a durable beautiful phone that can be worked on at home in the case of bad battery, broken scree, or USB plug. Unfortunately he lied straight to my face. The S8 is not durable, it is actually know for being easy to break, and it is one of the HARDEST phones to work on. This young man lied to my face and told me whatever he needed to, in order to up sell me a cell phone. That kind of unsatisfactory behavior is terrible. As well. He was supposed to send in a thing about me receiving my military discount, which he did not do and now I have to drive a half hour to a corporate store to apply my discount that he did not send in properly.
